QA Fish is a seafood processing and sales company based in a prime location adjacent to the Scalloway fish market and harbour on the West coast of the Shetland Isles.
Robert Williamson (QA MD) approached Ice Systems for a quote to replace an aging Geneglace industrial ice machine. A site survey was arranged and one of our sales team visited site to discuss the opportunity. Within hours of the meeting a quote for a F2AR (2T) unit was sent across and Robert took no time in sending a PO. Delivery was agreed and one of our Skilled Fitters arrived on site and set the flake ice machine up on one of our bespoke, 1000L dolav frames. These bespoke frames have both level and bin sensors.
Robert Williamson commented on the speedy response, professional delivery, install and said so far, so good. Ice Systems will be in touch with Robert late 2019 to arrange a year one service of his new flake ice machine.
