New Flake Ice Machine Install at a Bakery in Spain

For this edition of our blog let’s check in on our Spanish team. Congratulations to them on their successful installation of an industrial flake ice machine at a bakery recently...
The business required an ice machine for their processing equipment, so that ice could be used for the very important task of keeping the temperature of dough as low as required and retain moisture to not ‘mess up the mix’ during production. The client took a demo of our industrial ice machines for bakeries so that they could try one out and experiment. They were very pleased with the results, which led to them placing a long term rental order.
Another great project completed for our Spanish team! Vicent and our newest team member Alejandro completed the installation this week.
We’re pleased to welcome Alejandro to our Spanish team, and he has been training and learning on the job. Vicent has shown him the ropes and been developing their skills as a team, all to the benefit of our customers in Spain... It's been a very productive week!
