Our annual service agreements make it simple to keep your flake or chip ice machine in optimal working condition, our fixed price servicing means you know exactly what it is going to cost. We are pro-active when it comes to reminding you about approaching service dates too, so that’s one less thing for you to remember.
While your machine is under warranty, if you have one of our service contracts, or if you are renting one of our ice machines, you will have access to telephone support with one of our experienced engineers, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our on-call engineers will talk through any issues, and are usually able to resolve them over the phone, but if they can't one of our field-based service engineers will be with you the next working day.
